Selecton of contractors
Selection and assignment of reliable contractors for finishing our interior design project is a crucial factor influencing the final. On our part, we provide contractors, with whom we cooperate, with executive documentation to prepare the offer for investor. The received cost estimate is forwarded to you for approval. At the time of acceptance, you can sign a contract directly with our Studio acting as a General Contractor or you can sign a contract with a given company for the implementation of a given order according to our design. By signing the contract, the contracting company is obliged to you for the quality of the work performed as well as for the warranty.
LLogistics and work organization. We provide full service and coordination of works from the purchase of materials on your behalf to their delivery to building site for contractors. We also organize a work cycle by arranging teams at appropriate intervals so as to achieve continuity and work timeline.

Author's and organizational and logistic supervision
Author’s supervision is quantified in the contract. Arrivals to the construction site take place at the investor or contractor’s request. Arrivals under author’s supervision should be separated from arrivals as part of logistics and organizational services, which are not limited in terms of quantity and depend on the progress of works.
Budgeting work and making purchases. After determining the cost estimate and accepting it by you, we take over all the settlements. We purchase materials and services on your behalf as well as settle the settlements of finishing teams.

Finishing package
First of all, we offer you an individual approach to the implementation of a turnkey project. However, we are also able to offer a package approach. In the package, the price of which refers to the number of square meters of arranged space, you receive pre-selected finishing materials and a certain scope of renovation works performed by contractors.
